Shipping and Orders Policy

Ordering Process

Orders for her books or merchandise can still be placed via email or DM. However, to ensure a smooth process, we recommend placing your order online through the e-commerce store. The available payment method is Yoco. Orders will be shipped only after payment is received.

Payment Options

Payments are accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or via Yoco when placing your order online. Your goods will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Within South Africa

  • Delivery fee is charged based on the package size and the selected delivery method, including options such as Pudo (parcel locker), locker to locker, or locker to door.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

International Orders

We do not ship directly outside South Africa. For international purchases, please use the Amazon platform (if applicable), or contact us for possible arrangements.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs hold-ups or damages in courier.
