My Favourite Month of the Year

Hello, lovely peeps!

I know it's been a while since I posted but I got a bit sick during September and then fell off the wagon. I needed some time to breathe and do a bit of a reset.

I am so excited to share this news with you... Most of you who follow me on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter know that I have been prepping for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) for the past few days. It's been exciting and tiring. Last night I missed a day due to load shedding but it's okay, I will try to make up for it before November 1st hits.

NaNoWriMo is one of two reasons November is my favorite month. The other one is my birthday! I am inching along the timeline and often find it hard to believe I am almost 37. Mentally, I feel 25 but physically I can feel that I am not at times. For example, when you wake up in the morning with an ache you didn't go to bed with! This really happened to me the other day.

So here is my first big share with you, my novel name announcement... *drumroll please*...

It is a paranormal romance adventure with magical elements along the way. I am so in love with this story again and I can't wait to share more with you as it develops. I am busy finishing up my draft outline so that my story has a solid storyline and direction.

Anyway, back to the important stuff... In my September Writing update, I mentioned that I was considering writing a novel. I started it in 2017 after I did my 'Little Crazy Big Adventure.' My opening scene is from a diary entry I wrote when I was in Hua Hin on my backpack adventure. From there my character developed and some of the names are named after people I met along the way. My story is also set in Thailand based on some of the cities I traveled to.
