About Chené Tuck

Chené Tuck did her first solo trip abroad at the age of 18 years old to America where she worked in a hotel as a hostess for nine months. She returned home to South Africa to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, got a stable job, and married in her late twenties. Before she turned 30 she was divorced.
Chené moved to Thailand twice in the span of 4 years where she taught English as a second language to high school students and experienced living in the Eastern Asian culture firsthand. It helped heal her heart, soul, and reignite her love for life again.
She has a large book collection and has always loved reading in different genres to expand her knowledge and grow emotionally and spiritually when she isn’t invested in a paranormal romance adventure novel or mystery crime novel.

Chené is an experienced solo traveler, dreamer, writer, teacher, mother, and wife. She lives in Port Elizabeth with her husband, two kids, and two cats close to the ocean where they try to spend their free time with their toes in the sand or camping by the seaside.
